常用的天然气液化石油气回收技术包括浅层冷却法、冷油吸收法和 DHX 接触法。目前,冷油吸收法和 DHX 接触法在国内气田得到广泛应用。根据不同的气源成分,选择各种 LPG 回收工艺的原则是最大限度地减少资本投资和能源消耗,同时满足工程丙烷回收率。

LPG recovery

The LPG recovery device generally adopts cryogenic technology. Currently, the more commonly used cryogenic methods include expansion refrigeration and the DHX method. The DHX process can significantly improve C3 yield and reduce unit energy consumption.
After pre-cooling in the cold box, the associated gas enters the expansion refrigeration mechanism, after which it goes into the DHX tower for separation. After separation, the poor gas from the top of the DHX tower is reheated and pressurized for external delivery. The liquid at the bottom of the DHX tower exchanges heat with the feed gas before entering the de-ethanizer. The light hydrocarbons at the bottom of the de-ethanizer go into the de-butanizer, from which LPG is exported from the top and light oil is exported from the bottom.
